FAQ

Do you accept insurance?

Yes. We are in network with Medicare and can bill out-of-network for other insurances (if you have out-of-network benefits). We also offer private pay services.

Do I have to be homebound to receive services?

No. You do not need to be homebound to have these therapy services in your home! We are considered a 'mobile out-patient therapy practice' so there is no homebound status requirement and we come to you.

Will I have different therapists each session?

No. We believe in consistency at Adaptify HSS, so you will have the same therapist for each session. If a fill-in therapist is needed you will be made aware in advance and have the option to reschedule if you'd like.

How long are the visits?

Our visits are based on your specific needs. Generally an evaluation (first time visit) will take around 1.5 to 2 hours and follow-up visits will take around 1 to 1.5 hours.

Do you have a clinic?

No. All of our services are provided in the client's home, as this is where a person spends most of their time and this is where we need to focus our attention on ensuring safety.
