I’m Latasha Larson, OTR/L and founder of Adaptify Home Safety Solutions. I earned my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona, in 2008. Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings across Arizona, North Carolina, Florida, Texas, California, and Minnesota.

I started Adaptify in 2022, driven by my passion for occupational therapy and my desire to help older adults live safely and independently in their own homes. My goal is to provide practical solutions that help older adults not only achieve greater safety and independence but maintain them for years to come; avoiding repetitive hospital visits. I truly love my career and feel so fortunate to do something I enjoy while making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my kids, camping, gardening, and exploring the outdoors. I also love yoga and attending community events.
